This holiday season feels extra special, partly because it’s the last one before I turn 18, and also because last year no one really got to celebrate the way they had hoped (ugh, covid). With more people gathering this year, the thing I am most excited about, besides seeing my friends and family, is to put together holiday outfits! Here’s what I am wearing to different holiday events – whether it’s decking the halls or waiting for Santa. Hope you find some inspo!
  1. THE WORK HOLIDAY PARTY:
She’s cute, she’s classy, she’s not staying for more than an hour. This perfect grinch-green silky dress from Zara is perfect on its own with some high white boots, or paired with tights and heels. Pair it with some dainty pearl earrings and a red lip to keep it festive.

  1. A DAY IN THE SNOW:
Let’s be real, no one does snow quite like Dior. I love the fact that this jacket is reversible and the rich chocolate brown color (my fav) is classy every season. Pair it with some funky ski pants and matching boots for the perfect way to stay warm and look good doing it.

3. WAITING FOR SANTA:
Put out the milk and cookies and wait for Old Saint Nick in this amazing set from Sleeper. The feathered sleeves and pant legs keep it festive without being cheesy, and they’re fun and flirty, just in case you’ve got to dash out at midnight to catch the Polar Express.

4. BAKING DAY WITH YOUR BESTIES:
Turn on a movie, break out the sprinkles and get ready to be cozy and festive in this sweater from Brixton. Pair it with your favorite pair of Levis or a comfy pair of sweats to leave as much room as possible for comfortable cookie consumption.

5. RUNNING INTO YOUR CRUSH AT A HOLIDAY PARTY:
Planning on meeting your crush under the mistletoe at your next holiday stop? I have a few options. If the dress code is more formal, this dress from Princess Polly is the jolliest subtle flex I’ve ever seen. IF things are more casual, throw on the previously mentioned sleeper set with a pair of heels and a cute bralette underneath for an effortless, I-just-threw-this-on vibe.

6. NEW YEARS BASH:
New year, new outfit, am I right? I think one of the funnest holiday trends is a sparkly dress, but it’s gotta be done right. I was sparkle-inspired by the orange Abyss by Abby dress (pictured at top of page) that I wore last week as a presenter at the Live One Breakout Awards which streams this Sunday, December 19 (hope you can watch!). For New Year’s, I love this option from Revolve because the silhouette is super flattering and it comes in so many different colors. My favorite is the gold because it really brings out my tan (even in the winter) and makes me feel super confident. Not sure what my NYE looks like yet, but if I do go out, I’ll be going in this!

Whatever you decide to wear this holiday season, know that nothing is more timeless or stylish than confidence. Step out of your comfort zone and try a new trend! Or just step out in general and remember that no one is as critical of you as you are. Be your own hype person and rest assured, you look great. <3
