
5 HEALTHY HABITS FOR A BETTER LIFE
Today I posted a new YouTube video called 5 Healthy Habits for a Better Life. I wanted to share a few of the simple, grounding rituals that help me stay centered -- especially when life feels overwhelming or busy. These habits are easy to weave into your day and have made a big difference in how I feel physically and emotionally.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what I shared in the video:
1. Daily Movement
Whether it’s Pilates, a walk on the beach, or a solo dance party in my room, I try to move my body every day. It’s not about burning calories or pushing myself to the limit—it’s about staying connected to myself. Movement clears my head and boosts my mood every time.
2. Mindful Moments
Starting the day with gratitude and a little quiet time helps me stay grounded. I love writing down what I’m thankful for, even if it’s something small like a good hair day or a cute dog I saw on my walk. It’s a reset that helps me start the day with intention.
3. Skin & Wellness Rituals
Skincare is a big part of my self-care. I hydrate with aloe and coconut oil, protect my skin with SPF, and try to drink a lot of water throughout the day. Taking time to care for my skin feels like a little act of love toward myself—and it makes me feel good from the inside out.
4. Digital Detox
Stepping away from my phone and laptop helps me reset. Even just 30 minutes without screens lets me reconnect with my thoughts, nature, or people around me. The more time I spend offline, the more I remember what really matters.
5. Creative Expression
Designing for Sienna Swim, journaling, drawing, or even just daydreaming are all ways I stay creatively inspired. When I give myself time to create without pressure, I always feel more grounded and more like myself.
