"STRONG THIS SUMMER" - AVAILABLE NOW!

In early 2023, I started training seriously for Miami Swim Week. I didn’t just want to look good in a swimsuit - I wanted to feel good in my body. I had no idea how much strength training would change my life.

It gave me structure when everything felt chaotic. It gave me confidence when I needed it most. And it reminded me that I’m capable of doing hard things - and finishing what I start.

Since then, one of the top questions I get asked is: What’s your workout routine? I’ve never wanted to gatekeep, so I teamed up with my trainer, Natalie Parlett, to turn what we did together into a 6-week program that anyone can follow. That’s how Strong This Summer was born.

This isn’t a crash plan. It’s a thoughtful, sustainable strength training program designed to help you feel strong, steady, and confident, from the inside out. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to reset your routine, this program meets you where you are and helps you build from there.

Each day of the 6-week program is structured with intention - clear workouts, video demos, and simple plans you can follow at home or in the gym. You’ll also get simple, actionable tips for nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery.

This is for anyone who wants to feel strong again. Or maybe for the first time ever.
