WHAT MY WORKOUTS LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW
I’ve been posting more workouts on both Instagram and TikTok lately, and a lot of you have been asking for more details about my exercise routine.
So I figured I’d write it out.
This isn’t anything crazy or super intense. It’s honestly just what I’ve been able to stay consistent with.
After the half marathon in January, I didn’t stop working out. I didn’t go into another big “training for something” phase either. I just kept moving because any movement is better than no movement.
Right now it’s pretty simple:
- I lift weights a few times a week, usually with my trainer Natalie when I’m in the gym
- On the days I’m not with her, I’ll do a Strong workout (like this one) from home, or wherever I am
- I walk almost every day, typically with friends
- I’ve been surfing more (when there are waves)
- And I still run at least once a week, usually a few miles with Cole
Some days it’s a full workout, some days it’s shorter, and some days it's just a walk. The key is that I keep coming back to it, even when I don't want to.

If you watched my half marathon video on YouTube, you know I wasn’t doing everything perfectly going into it. That hasn’t really changed. I’m still figuring things out as I go.
The difference is I don’t wait until I feel “ready” again. I just keep showing up in whatever way I can that day.
I’ve also been back training with Natalie more consistently, and we’ve been working on something new together for the past few weeks - building toward my summer wedding.
Strong in Six has been a big part of what I’ve leaned on when I’m not in the gym, and now we’re starting to shape the next version of it based on what I’m actually doing right now.
We’ve been tweaking things, adding more strength, a little more structure, but still keeping it realistic. It’s basically what my routine looks like right now, built out more intentionally. And I'm really excited to share more with you soon.
I’ve seen some comments on my videos lately saying that because I want to feel my healthiest going into my wedding, I’m not “body positive” anymore.
I don’t agree with that.
For me, taking care of my body is body positivity. It’s not about trying to become someone else or chase a certain look - t’s about how you treat yourself.
I want to feel stronger, have more energy, and actually stay consistent. That doesn’t cancel out accepting my body. If anything, it comes from it.
I’m not chasing perfect. I’m trying to feel good in my body, in my real life, especially going into my wedding.
And this is what taking care of myself looks like right now.
Love,
Sienna xx
